Our Mission:
To develop a culture of firemanship within SWVA and NETN that is rooted in family, brotherhood, and training, while providing the best service to our community through ongoing professional development.
Our Vision:
We envision a network of fire service leaders that contribute to the growth of the fire service in our region and ensuring professional development to all future firefighters.
Our Values:
Family- Nothing can take the place of home, and we must never forget the priorities of family first.
Brotherhood- A dark smoky hallway is a place and time we can all relate to. We understand how it feels knowing that my brother and sister stand beside me.
Training- We owe it to ourselves, our brothers, our sisters, and the citizens we've sworn to protect to be properly trained when we show up.
